Produced, shot, edited and integrated business television programs including executive presentations, webcasts, interviews and talk shows, employee and departmental profiles, annual sales meetings openers and components, new product introductions, with the goal of moving an audience on an emotional level.

Post-production responsibilities include AVID video editing (Media Composer, MC Adrenaline, XPress Pro), Photoshop, After Effects, digital audio editing, sound design,
perform video/audio compression and encoding for streaming media on the web, DVD and CD-ROM authoring, responsible for overall technical quality of all audio and video
finished media.



Engineering responsibilities included troubleshooting, video/audio edit system design, installation, and maintenance including software and hardware upgrades. Operation,
maintenance and system design for corporate meeting facilities. Coordinated A/V installations with internal facilities staff and outside vendors/suppliers. Configuration, operation and maintenance of disc media duplication systems.

Additional production and engineering responsibilities included camera operator, camera set-up & shading, sound recordist, directing for multi-camera production, studio, location and web cast video/audio engineering.

Produced, recorded, and digitally edited business audio-only programs which were distributed as timely communications vehicles on the web, disc, and audio tape formats.

Responsibility for research, evaluation and recommendation of appropriate equipment for acquisition and capital budget expenditures. Managed outside service vendor accounts
including equipment suppliers and media hosting services and maintained vendor relations. Held responsibility for internal equipment inventory, repair and upgrades.

Responsibility for remaining abreast of technological advances in the area of audio video and multi media presentation capabilities. Introduced and integrated technology
that synchronized streaming video and Powerpoint presentations for web and disc-based distribution to non-attending meeting participants.

Effectively migrated outdated production systems and workflow to emerging digital technology which streamlined operations and measurably increased departmental output.
